Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.
In case of unexpected delays (weather, strikes, courier backlog, operational issues), additional time may be required.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
Customers can monitor shipment status directly on the courier partner’s tracking portal.
As deliveries are performed by third-party vendors, Amantra is not responsible for delays, misrouting, or courier-related operational errors.
However, we will assist in coordinating and resolving shipment issues with the courier partner.

Not delivered
Marked delivered but not received
Damaged in transit

The address provided is incorrect
The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts
