Amantra follows a Replacement Only policy. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Customers may request an exchange within seven (7) days of delivery.
The product must:
Be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Include all labels, tags, and accessories.
Be accompanied by the original invoice/proof of purchase.
Exchanges are permitted only if:
The item is defective or damaged.
The wrong product was delivered.
Requests for exchanges due to preference or change of mind will be reviewed by Amantra’s quality team and approved only after inspection.
The following items cannot be exchanged:
Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items.
Products purchased during sale/promotion/clearance events.
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.
Steps to initiate an exchange:
Contact us at support@amantra.shop or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photos/videos of the product.
Once reviewed and approved, we will send the return address and further instructions.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
If the item received was defective or incorrect, Amantra will bear all return and reshipping charges.
For all other approved exchange cases, the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
If the replacement product selected is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference before dispatch.
